By creating an account or using DrivXP at drivxp.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

DrivXP is a learning platform for Bulgarian driving theory exam preparation. We provide practice questions, mock exams, AI-generated explanations, and progress tracking.

The service is free and will remain free. There is no paid tier, and none is planned.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.

Provide accurate information. One person, one account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use DrivXP.

Don't scrape the question bank, automate access, share your account, or attempt to extract the dataset for redistribution.

Don't abuse the service (spam, exploits, attempts to disrupt other users).

Don't upload malicious content via any field that accepts user input (display name, etc).

Questions are sourced from publicly available material from the Bulgarian transport authority (KAT). We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee they reflect every recent regulatory change.

AI-generated explanations are produced by a large language model (Claude). They are designed to be helpful but may occasionally be incorrect or oversimplified. Do not rely solely on DrivXP for legal driving knowledge.

DrivXP is a study aid, not a substitute for an accredited driving school or the official KAT exam.

The DrivXP application, design, codebase, original content, and brand belong to DrivXP. You're welcome to use the service for personal study; you may not copy, redistribute, or build a competing product on top of it.

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Passing the official driving theory exam is your responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (currently zero, since the service is free).

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

We may update these terms; when we do, the "Effective" date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
