Privacy Policy

DrivXP is a Bulgarian driving theory learning platform operated at drivxp.com. Contact: support@drivxp.com.

Account: email address, password (stored only as a bcrypt hash), display name, profile language, chosen license category.

Learning data: which questions you answered, when, whether correct, your confidence rating, exam attempts and scores, daily streak, XP, medals.

Optional: avatar choice, exam date.

Technical: IP address (transient, used for rate limiting), browser type, error events when the app crashes.

To provide the learning service: track your progress, recommend questions, calculate scores, show your position on leaderboards, generate AI explanations for wrong answers.

To keep the service safe: detect abuse, prevent automated scraping, debug errors.

We do not sell your data and do not show third-party ads.

Railway (hosting + database), receives all of the above as part of normal hosting.

Anthropic (Claude AI), when you answer a question incorrectly, we send the question text, your answer, and the correct answer to generate an explanation. We do not send your email or other identifying information.

Sentry (error tracking), receives anonymized error stack traces to help us fix bugs. May include your user ID for grouping but no personal data is included.

Production data is stored on Railway (typically in the EU or US region depending on infrastructure). Anthropic and Sentry process data in their respective US/EU data centers.

For as long as your account is active. If you stop using DrivXP for an extended period we may anonymize or delete inactive accounts.

If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal data and learning history within 30 days. Aggregate non-identifying statistics may be retained.

You can: ask what we have on you, correct inaccurate data, ask us to delete your account, export your data in a machine-readable format, object to processing.

To exercise any of these, email support@drivxp.com from the address tied to your account.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies. The app stores your authentication token in your browser's localStorage so you stay logged in between sessions; clearing site data signs you out.

DrivXP is intended for users 16+ (the minimum age for Bulgarian driving theory exam preparation). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

When we update this page we will update the "Effective" date at the top. Material changes will be announced in-app.
